Each year our Managing Director, Eileen, leads a whole team training day for her staff that work in all three of her settings.
This year we all headed to Mara in Whetstone for our training day.
This covered safeguarding, health and safety, the EYFS, continuous provisions, Ofsted, Risk Assessments, Team building and ended with a tranquil yoga session.
