Opening times & closures

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm all year round excluding public holidays. The Nursery closes for 5 working days at the end of Dec beginning of Jan.

Fees are payable monthly in advance by BACS & Childcare Vouchers ONLY.

A 10% sibling discount is available, applicable to whichever is the lower of two or more fees.

A child's fee rate will change after their third birthday; the new fee rate will take effect from the first day of the following billing period.

All reserved sessions are to be paid for regardless of whether your child attends or not. Refunds cannot be given for sessions missed due to sickness or other reasons.

Admission

Children are considered for a nursery place in the order in which their names are placed on the waiting list. The nursery will offer priority places to siblings if they require a full time place.

A minimum of 3 sessions must be booked unless a sibling attends, whereby 2 sessions will be the minimum.

Registration

A signed and fully completed registration form together with the registration fee of £100 is required prior to confirmation of a place. Your place with be secured on receipt of this.

Your first month's fees are payable before your child's start date & you shall receive an email/invoice requesting this payment. You will receive a confirmation letter/email of your child's start date, their key person & receipt for monies paid.

Withdrawal

One month's written notice must be given to the nursery manager before the child is withdrawn from the nursery or a month's fees in lieu of notice will become payable as a debt.

Employer voucher scheme

You may be eligible for childcare vouchers which can save you up to £1000 per annum childcarevouchers
